Abundance & Self-Trust: A 9D Breathwork Journey

Give yourself space to breathe, trust yourself, and open to new possibilities.

Abundance & Self-Trust is a 9D Breathwork® Journey that invites you to explore the beliefs shaping your relationship with money, opportunity, and your own worth—whether that’s a sense of scarcity, self-doubt, or the feeling that abundance is meant for others.

Using guided breathing and immersive sound through headphones, this active journey offers opportunities for emotional expression, self-reflection, and a fresh perspective on what you feel worthy of receiving. Explore old narratives and reconnect with the confidence to move forward with greater self-trust. Experiences are individual; this is a more activating practice than a quiet relaxation session.

We’ll begin with breathing instructions and preparation, then close with time for journaling, reflection, and optional sharing. No previous breathwork experience is needed.
