About the event
This course teaches you the tools and techniques to expand your consciousness so that you can explore the astral planes and other dimensions more safely and effectively. It also aids to improve meditation, conscious dreaming and journeying.
Over the course of 4 hours, we will move through several exercises to help the mind reach past its perceived limits and explore beyond the body. We are all masters at astral travel, however that travel is unconscious or while we are asleep. This class is designed to help you gain the skills necessary to Astral Travel consciously and guided by your own direction and will. Join us for the first time in Baton Rouge.
