You Are Enough is a 74-minute 9D Breathwork® Journey that invites you to quiet the inner critic and come home to yourself — whether you're tired of chasing validation, measuring your worth against others, or carrying the quiet weight of "not enough."


Using guided breathing and immersive sound through headphones, this journey offers space for emotional release, self-compassion, and a gentler relationship with yourself. Experiences are individual; this is a more activating practice than a quiet relaxation session.


We'll begin with breathing instructions and preparation, then close with time for journaling, reflection, and optional sharing. No previous breathwork experience is needed.
