About the event

Grief isn't only what you feel when someone dies. It's the end of a marriage, a job, a chapter — the future you pictured that isn't coming. And it doesn't live in your thoughts. It lives in your body: the tight throat, the heavy chest, the numbness you push through by staying busy.


Grief & Loss is a 77-minute guided 9D Breathwork® journey built on one truth: grief is love with nowhere to go. This is where it goes.


What to expect:


• A gentle landing — slow, grounding breaths so your body feels safe before anything deep begins

• Guided breathwork through headphones, so the whole journey stays private, inside your own space

• A gradual build, with guidance the whole way, as you find where your grief is held
